Assertiveness and activities without rework with BPM

Assertiveness and activities without rework with bpm

Generally, companies that have been in the market for a longer time and whose administrators have been with the company for a longer period have a very big block with technology and are afraid to turn their manual processes into digital processes, using BPM, for example. One of the reasons for this is the fact that they don’t know how to move and think they won’t be able to learn because it seems difficult.

However, what we at Neomind have developed does not require the person to have knowledge of the IT area. In fact, one of the benefits of our BPM (process management software) is that anyone can execute a process.

As we focus on the user, those who understand the business rule do not need to be afraid of the system, thus managing to remove all the costly part of the IT team. It is the user himself who makes the constructions and improvements in his activities through BPM, which creates autonomy and responsibility in his work.

So that you can understand better, we will see and example:

Companies without process management

Let’s imagine a company that uses a system considered very precarious. The moment we entered too much information for a while, the system would crash and we would lose everything we had done for a good few minutes – or even hours. In addition, a lot would have to be done manually, one by one, wasting time on processes that could be automated.

We would fill out third-party forms, always delaying the demand. We would waste time putting data into a low-performance system and risk losing everything. We would decrease productivity at work, not being enough to be very agile to do certain processes (and, consequently, we would lengthen the response time to the customer).

We will also suppose a process that would be the registration of some information about the customer. This information would have to be released so that another area has access and we can continue it.

In that case, we’d have to do it twice. The first would be to launch only phantom information so that there would be a “registration” in the system. Therefore, when we received the true information about the customer, we would have to delete everything and redo it.

Now imagine that when there was more than one order for the same customer, we would have to enter the data one by one. For example, if he ordered 100 items, we would have to inform the data of each product and register 100 items, one at a time. In a situation like this, we would risk losing everything, as the system would crash after a certain time, assuming we would have good demand.

All of these assumptions can be really scary for us. However, unfortunately it is the reality of many companies.

The probability of errors within an organization that does not have a good automation system is much greater, because by not having standardization they would end up losing credibility with suppliers and customers. An establishment without continuous monitoring of its production hardly finds where its greatest weakness lies. In this way, it cannot evolve and acquire improvements.

What does Neomind’s BPM (Fusion) have?

To show it in a very didactic way, we have divided some main questions into the following points.

  • Indicators have a very important position within a company, they are the ones who give feedback to managers. Fusion makes it easy to create, and information is automatically populated from events in processes, documents, or transactions from conventional systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
  • Security is a word that every institution wants to be linked to. Within Fusion we have transparency and traceability. The latter has to do with the ease of identifying who does what, controlling deadlines and making assertive decisions.
  • Usually people are afraid that there will be leakage and even hacking of information. Fusion has preservation without the risk of loss and with time control, access control for authorized users and management of who and when accessed. We also have legal security, with the possibility for the user to use a digital signature in accordance with the legislation (ICP – Brazil)
  • Mobility is a word that goes hand in hand with automation. It means no longer being plastered to a machine or place. It is also the possibility to open requests, perform approvals and perform activities at any time and from anywhere. Agility in transmission, organized documents and accessible to authorized users are other benefits of Fusion.
  • Making assertive decisions nowadays is crucial for the growth of your business. The fewer mistakes, the better, right? Fusion will help with that as well. With intelligent decision-making, made by facts and not by “guesswork”, and thus, speeding up decisions with organizational information that is now available to the right person in real time.
  • Thanks to the simplicity in exchanging information, with likes and comments, it is possible to avoid emails for discussions or questions about activities or documents, keeping these managerial events within the platform.

Do you see how the terrible scenario we described of the company that does not automate its processes can be avoided with a BPM? Meet the Fusion Platform
