Companies without process management
Let’s imagine a company that uses a system considered very precarious. The moment we entered too much information for a while, the system would crash and we would lose everything we had done for a good few minutes – or even hours. We would fill out third-party forms, always delaying the demand. We would waste time putting data into a low-performance system and risk losing everything. For example, if he ordered 100 items, we would have to inform the data of each product and register 100 items, one at a time. In a situation like this, we would risk losing everything, as the system would crash after a certain time, assuming we would have good demand.
All of these assumptions can be really scary for us. However, unfortunately it is the reality of many companies.
The probability of errors within an organization that does not have a good automation system is much greater, because by not having standardization they would end up losing credibility with suppliers and customers.
