To enable the execution of our services, we may collect data that identifies the client and/or user in our solutions, including but not limited to: (i) full name; (ii) email; (iii) and phone number. Data will be used strictly to fulfill our contractual obligations and will be preserved by adopting best practices during and after the termination of the relationship.

Through forms on our channels, we collect information that you choose to share with us when interacting with our materials and content or registering to test our platform (in addition to your navigation data mentioned in the Visitors section). Considering this, here are some possible uses of your data:

  • We use your email to send the material or information requested by you in a form. It may also be used to send newsletters, always related to general technology themes, process management, document management, and indicators, as well as communication about the launch of new free materials or Neomind’s new products. However, the user can unsubscribe at any time.

Social media profiles or other submissions: Some landing pages allow you to register by logging into your Linkedin account; in this way, certain data from your Linkedin account may be shared with Neomind. a. Confirmation and access: This right allows you to request confirmation of the existence of processing and access to your personal data through clear information about its origin, the absence of a record, the criteria used, and the purpose of processing.

b. Correction: This right allows you to request the correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated personal data that you have provided to Neomind.

c. Anonymization, blocking, or deletion: This right allows you to request the unlinking of your personal data, the temporary suspension of any processing operation, or its deletion. Thus, all collected data will be deleted when you request it or when they are no longer necessary to provide you with our products and/or services, unless there is any other reason for their maintenance, such as a legal obligation to retain data or the need to preserve them to safeguard Neomind’s rights.

  • How long will we store your data?

The duration for which we will keep the data we collect about you depends on the type of information. In other words, we will retain your personal data only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, including compliance with any legal, contractual obligations, or requests from competent authorities.

To determine the appropriate storage period of your personal data, we consider the quantity, nature, and sensitivity of said data, the potential risk of harm arising from its unauthorized use or disclosure, the purpose of its processing, and whether we can achieve such purposes through other means, as well as applicable legal requirements.

Data related to marketing activities, such as sending newsletters, materials, offers, and other communications that Neomind may perform will be processed until you actively object to the processing. Don’t worry; just request the processing cessation and we will respect your privacy.
